This policy explains what we collect and why. We collect only what we need to run a professional research tool.

Account data

Authentication and organization membership are handled by Clerk. We store your email, name, organization, and role to scope access and bill correctly.

Usage data

We record the searches you run and the pulls you generate so we can show your history, enforce credits, and improve search quality. Product analytics are processed by PostHog.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; we store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your plan.

Public records

Reports are built from public records recorded with the Mobile County Probate Court. Those records are public by law; PropertyProvenance does not control their content.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct, or delete your account data, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
