Nothing in a report constitutes legal advice, a guarantee of title, a determination of marketability, or a commitment to insure. The report is a research aid intended to accelerate a licensed professional’s own examination of title.

Records are sourced from the Mobile County Probate Court (LandmarkWeb) and other public sources, and parcel geometry is provided by Mobile County GIS. We compile and present these records but do not control, verify, or correct the underlying official records.

Our accuracy guarantee (refund plus ten free pulls for an omitted recorded transfer) is the exclusive remedy for an omission and is not a warranty of title. Always confirm vesting and liens against the official county records before closing.
